Brunswick East Terrace

This Victorian Terrace had seen better days, but lent itself to modernisation with a long block and good rear access.

The bathroom and laundry were centralised and a new open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen was added to the rear.

A raised section of roof provided northern sun a extra daylight to penetrate the south facing room
